An all-time crazy transfer announcement

Thursday morning started out just like any other Thursday morning. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and X/Twitter was humming right along with transfer news. It really was your run-of-the-mill Thursday.

That is, until Gadi Kinda’s agent — that’s recent Sporting Kansas City designated player Gadi Kinda — posted an AI-doctored video of President Biden announcing Kinda’s transfer to Israeli club Maccabi Haifa. “Please welcome the new number six, Gadi Kinda,” some sort of fake version of the President’s voice says while a random (or potentially deepfaked?) video of the President plays. Then we get some aggressively loud music that plays over the top of some b-roll clips of the midfielder.
