Jordan Morris made a clever slipped run behind LAFC’s backline — the kind of run he’s made hundreds of times through his nearly decade-long professional career. Deep in the box, the 30-year-old struck the ball with his right foot, sending it between Thomas Hasal’s legs and into the back of the net. Looking up to the crowd at Lumen Field, Morris kissed the Seattle Sounders’ badge on his jersey, pointed to it, and then kissed it again.
