2024 season: 59 points, 1st in the Western Conference

No one saw New Mexico coming in 2024. Not only did United exceed expectations of mere playoff qualification, but they ran the table in the West to finish in first place.

Manager Eric Quill's ability to instill a possessive style and his team’s ability to win close games with late goals underpinned the success. While New Mexico couldn't turn regular season success into a playoff run, they set a new standard in Albuquerque – one so impressive, in fact, that it led Quill to get poached by FC Dallas over the winter.
